The contact form may include details about the requested part and vehicle: part name, vehicle make, model, year of manufacture, engine, fuel type, part colour, VIN or part code if available, and any additional details you write. The message is prepared locally in your browser and reaches us only after you confirm sending it in WhatsApp.
Legal basis and retention
The main basis is legitimate interest to answer your request or pre-contractual steps initiated through your message. Data is kept only as long as needed for response, quotation and applicable mandatory records.
External services
If you send the message through WhatsApp, the data is also processed by Meta/WhatsApp services under their own policies. Google Maps loads only after you accept external content; if you reject it, you can still use the external map link without loading the iframe on the page.
